The wedding day

We coordinate the suppliers in advance to eliminate any possible unforeseen events, so our packages do not include on-site presence on the wedding day. This service can be requested at any time and we will be happy to add it.

Experience and preparation are our main resource. We always have a plan B for the most common situations: rain, delays, technical unforeseen events. Our presence allows us to manage every problem without the couple being involved.

Our wedding planner is the single point of reference for all suppliers. We distribute the timeline to all professionals involved and remain operational for the entire duration of the event.

We take care of the reception of guests from outside the region or from abroad: from the preventive communication of transfers, to the management of transfers, to advice and bookings on where to stay nearby.

A typical wedding lasts from 8 to 12 hours, from the ceremony to the end of the reception. The timeline depends on the venue, the number of guests and the moments you want to include, such as aperitif, dinner, dancing and cake.
